About Amanda Joy

Born from nature ~ shaped by art

Amanda Joy is an textile and surface designer living in the Southern Highlands of NSW, on Gundungurra land. Her art is influenced by Australian country living, nature, and her passion for the classical Victorian era style of art. Amanda creates custom designer fabrics for upholstery, curtains and interiors.

Amanda has licensed her designs to bespoke hotel, stationery, textiles and wallpaper clients.

Amanda has been creating unique and professional art and illustrations since 2014, after graduating as an award winning surface design student. 

Amanda uses paint, pencil and digital mediums to turn her bespoke illustrations into textile designs for fabrics used in upholstery & interiors,  as well as quilting and crafting. She also has licensed her work for stationery, gift wrap and gift cards.
